Welcome! My name is Amanda, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Virginia and I help men and women reach a level of health and well-being through medical-assisted weight loss and aesthetic medicine.  I have over fifteen years of healthcare experience with a strong background in procedural care, family practice and nutrition.

​Having witnessed the impact of excess weight on the physical and emotional well-being of those around me (and me as well after the pandemic!), I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals to reclaim control over their health and transform their lives. Through collaboration and a compassionate approach, I guide and support my clients on their aesthetic and overall wellbeing journey.
